Information clause
Dear Customers,
In accordance with Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as GDPR, we would like to inform you that:
1. The Administrator of Personal Data is Hostersi Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Rybnik, at ul. Jankowicka 7, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" or "Company".

3 .Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- provision of services by the Administrator by electronic means within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic mens, consisting in sending the newsletter by the Administrator – based on a separate consent (Art. 6 sec. 1( of the GDPR),
- conducting direct marketing – pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1(f). of the GDPR.
- conducting marketing and promotional activities – based on a separate consent (Art. 6 sec. 1(a) of the GDPR),
- sending commercial information via electronic mail in accordance with Art. 10 sec. 2 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219, as amended) – based on a separate consent,
- using telecommunications terminal devices and automatic calling systems for direct marketing purposes in accordance with Art. 172 of the Act of 16 July 16 2004, Telecommunications Law – based on a granted consent;
4. Your personal data:
- may be transferred only to those recipients/entities which cooperate with the Administrator or their subcontractors based on the concluded cooperation agreement, including agreements for entrusting the processing of personal data to entities entitled to obtain your personal data based on the applicable lawand to authorised employees of the Administrator.
- personal data will not be transferred to any third country or an international organization.
5. Your personal data will be stored:
- until the consent is withdrawn or an objection to the processing is submitted (which will also occur as a result of termination of the agreement for the provision of services by electronic means consisting in sending a newsletter) – in the case of processing your personal data based on a separate consent to send the newsletter or conduct marketing activities or pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1(e) or (f) of the GDPR, including for direct marketing purposes;
6.You have the right to:
- access you personal data, rectify it, delete it or restrict the data processing;
- object to the processing of your personal data;
- withdraw the consent to data processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out before its withdrawal;
- you also have the right to request the Administrator to transfer your data to another Administrator, if this does not adversely affect the rights and freedom of other individuals.
