GDPR AGREEMENT CLAUSE:

  1. Hostersi Sp. z o. o. with its seat in Rybnik (44-200) at ul. Jankowicka 7 (herein after: “Company”); declares that it is the administrator of personal data in terms of the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 /EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, with regard to personal data of natural persons representing Your Organization, as well as natural persons indicated by Your Organization as contact persons and other persons responsible for performing the Binding Agreement between Hostersi and Your Organization.
  2.  In all matters related to the processing of personal data, please contact the Company's registered office or via e-mail: [email protected]
  3.  Personal data referred to in section 1, will be processed by the Company pursuant to art. 6 item 1 f) of GDPR only for the purpose and to the extent necessary to perform the tasks of the data administrator related to implementing the binding Agreement in the category of ordinary data - name, surname, position and place of work, business telephone number, and business e-mail address.
  4. Personal data referred to in section 1, will not be transferred by the Company to third parties, unless it is related to the necessity resulting from implementing the Agreement binding the parties.
  5. Personal data referred to in section 1 will not be transferred by the Company to a third country or any international organization within the meaning of GDPR.
  6. Personal data referred to in section 1, will be processed by the Company for a period of 10 years from the end of the calendar year in which the Agreement binding the parties will be implemented, unless a longer processing period is necessary, e.g. due to archiving obligations, pursuing claims or other required by generally applicable provisions of law.
  7. The persons referred to in section 1 have the right to request the Company, as the administrator of personal data, to provide access to that personal data, rectify it, delete it, restrict processing, object processing, as well as the right to move that data. The above rights will be exercised by the administrator within the limits of applicable law.
  8. The persons referred to in section 1, in connection with the processing of their personal data, have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.   9. Providing data referred to in section 1 was required for concluding the contract between the parties and implementing it. Lodging a request by a natural person to remove or limit the processing of personal data results in an obligation for Your Organization to immediately appoint someone else to replace that person.
  10. Based on the personal data of the persons referred to in section 1, the Company will not make automated decisions, including decisions resulting from profiling within the meaning of the GDPR.
  11. Your Organization, on behalf of the Company, undertakes to inform natural persons not signing the binding contract between Hostersi and Your Organization referred to in section 1, about the content of this clause.
