DevOps services – a form of cooperation

As part of our DevOps service, we delegate a team of engineers to work with you. They are the ones who get to know the specific infrastructure and the way the application works. The number of engineers depends on the size of the project and the planned period of cooperation. During the cooperation we have access to all technological knowledge of our company, e.g. networking, security, CI/CD, AWS, etc. With administrative support we give our clients the possibility of round-the-clock contact with engineers and access to a round-the-clock hotline, which allows for quick and direct contact with administrators and operators in the event of an emergency. Online meetings are the standard for project work. It is also possible to organise a meeting at the customer’s premises.

Depending on your requirements and needs, we’ll determine whether you need a cloud, VPS, dedicated servers or hybrid solutions. It is up to the customer to decide how important it is to keep the infrastructure running smoothly or to control the costs.

Designing and configuring infrastructure based on microservices (containers)

Modern application development is microservices. They allow for logical division of application elements, scaling and flexibility, as well as easier detection of bottlenecks, which can either be improved or eliminated through increased bandwidth, i.e. the number of instances. We build redundant container clusters, as well as individual containers.

Design, installation and configuration of High Availability (HA) and Single Point of Failure (SPOF)

There are projects that require complete redundancy and high SLAs. However, regardless of the promises, this cannot be achieved on a single server or VPS. We design and implement environments in which the failure of a single element (SPOF) does not affect the performance of the environment noticeably for the recipient. We also help you customize your application architecture to work in a distributed environment. We use geographically dispersed infrastructure solutions.

Designing and implementing autoscaling solutions – adjusting the size of infrastructure to the load

If the load of the service or application is variable, users come and go in waves, advertising campaigns or marketing actions are active, then autoscalation will allow to adjust the resources to the current load. Automatically. A well-designed environment will decrease and increase according to the burden, and the customer will only pay for the resources used.

Design, installation and configuration of hybrid solutions (combination of cloud and dedicated servers, etc.)

Sometimes some elements of the system should be placed in the cloud, and some on dedicated servers or other infrastructure. This is nothing more than a hybrid solution, a combination of cloud and external infrastructure. We manage infrastructures located in many places, so we are not attached to one solution, we can move in any environment and when it is justified we will point out as a solution the use of dedicated servers.

Transferring environments is our specialty. With our help you can migrate applications to a new solution or after updating. We control the whole process and help it to run without interruptions in the operation of the website, application or with the least possible interruption at night. We are launching solutions that can be checked and tested in advance.

Comprehensive, reliable backup policy

Every element of the infrastructure can fail, and a backup should be created for all data. Copies should be made in appropriate places and their creation should be verified. We offer copy supervision, a range of backup solutions – including those that provide a copy that is indelible by deliberate action. We are also performing test playback of backup environments.

Creating cold-site and hot-site solutions within the BCDR Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plan

For particularly demanding customers and environments, we develop solutions that provide a faster (hot-site) or slower (cold-site) recovery of the environment in a completely different location than the main service. This allows the BCDR plan to be implemented and ensures the continuity of operation of the most critical environments.
